Genomic Medicine Pathologist Position – University of Vermont Medical Center
Location: Burlington, Vermont

Our thriving institution is on the lookout for a combined Academic Genomic Medicine Pathologist with a preference for sub-specialty training in Hematopathology.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional Genomic Medicine services across various patient care areas including solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and germline testing.
- Offer comprehensive diagnostic Hematopathology services, spanning histopathology to flow cytometry.
- The clinical service ratio will be 75% Genomic Medicine and 25% Hematopathology.
- Engage in multidisciplinary patient care.
- Mentor and instruct medical students, residents, and pathology fellows.
- Undertake scholarly activities that resonate with your professional interests.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Anatomic Pathology.
- Board certification/eligibility in Molecular Genetic Pathology and Hematopathology.
- Robust communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a bonus.
