Based out of North Miami Beach, FL, this role offers the flexibility to work anywhere in the state, empowering you to connect with communities and individuals in need of comprehensive health insurance solutions.
NOTE: This position is based in the field, requiring you to independently find new leads. After your orientation, we’ll ensure you’re well-prepared by providing specialized training on our CRM system, led by one of our experienced healthcare specialist.
As an ACA Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, educating the community about the benefits of ACA plans, and guiding potential clients through the qualification process. Your work will directly impact lives, ensuring individuals and families have access to the healthcare coverage they need.

$70,000 - $79,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Attend Zoomorientations (Monday-Saturday) at 10:30 am or 12 pm to start your journey.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients in various settings, including homes, offices, and public venues.
- Educate and inform individuals about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans and the benefits of enrollment.
- Qualify potential clients through our CRM and, if not licensed, transfer them to our CRM call center for plan quoting and enrollment completion.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, and progress with potential clients on CRM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to travel within the state of Florida.
- Outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to obtaining health insurance licensing (if not already licensed). Note: You can start working unlicensed but will be limited to qualifying clients until licensed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
