We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Health Insurance ACA Compliance Specialist to join our team. For this position, we are looking for someone with a strong background in ACA operations – licensing, NIPR, LOA processes, etc. This can be a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the insurance industry and making a difference with our clients and their experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure licensing compliance for all ACA agents
- Stay up to date on ACA guidelines and regulatory changes
- Assist with documentation for licensing updates and changes
- Compliance reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in health insurance compliance, preferably with a strong focus on ACA
- An ACTIVE health insurance license
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to health insurance licensing
- Attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills
