Job Description
- Check levels and test operation of equipment before loading.
- Perform various general shop duties.
- Clean and service parts according to company procedures.
- Organize equipment in the department.
- Make minor repairs to equipment.
- Performs duties in compliance with company safety standards.
- Ensuring work orders are completed accurately.
- Communicating professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Actively participating in safety or educational training as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work environment consistent with the Employee Handbook.
- Reports safety violations to supervisor.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Attends department and safety meetings.
- Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Ensuring safe use of power and hand-held tools.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Responsibility to work with LEAN Manufacturing principles.
- Performs other duties as required by business needs.

- One (1) year related experience.
- Preferred: Landing Gear and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask tasks from multiple administrators.
- SAP Knowledge.
