Job Highlights:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) involves running goals and taking data on goals to support growth to increase positive behaviors. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will train you in ABA therapy. We offer career development and coursework to be an RBT, moving your hourly rate from $20/hr to $25/hr as an active RBT!
- Provide 1:1 ABA services for people with special needs in the home and community.
- No RBT certification? No problem, we can help!
- Must be willing to train to become an RBT if not already an active RBT!
What we pay:
- $20- $25/hr
- Paid Volunteer events
- Employees are W2
- Benefits Available and Sick Pay Accrued up to 40 hours
Certifications (We will provide resources to obtain these!):
- CPR/ First Aid
- Article 9
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
