Description: EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Behavior technicians are responsible for;
- Providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBA
- Collecting and graphing data using an online data collection system [CentralReach]
- Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment.
- Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator [compensated at a training rate]
- Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements:Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities.
- Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
