ABA Operations Associate

Mindcolor Autism is a provider of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and we are looking for Behavior Technicians and Therapists to join our growing organization. We offer center-based and in-home ABA services to clients!

Mindcolor Autism is an autism therapy provider committed to improving the lives of children and family members impacted by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to offer individualized programs for children of all ages and abilities.

Role:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will assist the clinical team in scheduling and administrative duties at the center and making sure the center operates smoothly on a day to day basis!

Job Duties:

Job include but are not limited to planning team outings and theme days, maintaining up to date client and staff schedules monitoring session note verification weekly, monitoring inventory, completing opening / closing duties for the center, maintaining center organization, and being a positive presence when families come into our center.

Job Requirements:

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and administrative skills

Experience with scheduling preferred

Prior experience in the field of ABA preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
