Job Title: Behavior Consultant

Location: Inglewood and surrounding areas

Pay: $30 - $35 / hour D.O.E.

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Behavior Consultant to join our team at Special Needs Network. As a Behavior Counsultant, you will be responsible for supervising ABA cases under the supervision of a BCBA. We provide all of the hours you would need to sit for your exam as a part of the position!

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or in a related program that includes the concentration in ABA and or the BCBA coursework. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate and have experience working with clients with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
• Write reports for insurances
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and build a strong team
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis OR a Master's Degree with an emphasis in ABA OR completed BCBA coursework/certificate program
• Prior experience as a Behavior Therapist
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Certified or willingness to be certified in CPR
• Must be willing to drive within a 25 mile radius to meet clients
• Bilingual - Spanish highly preferred
