A-Technician/ Shop Manager with Partnership Opportunity

We are looking for an Experienced, Top notch, working, Certified A-Technician looking to take it to the next level with working, running and managing your own shop. We operate a 4-Bay shop and are seeking a Certified A-Tech that has Service writing and Shop management Experience. Profit sharing with an opportunity for Partner/Ownership.

Income Potential $82,000- ???+ PER YEAR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your role as a Technician/Writer/Shop Manager:

• Proven Shop Marketing/ Social Media//Advertising
• Understand and utilize KPI’s in the Shop Management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Assessing problems and make diagnosis recommendations to Customers for repairs and parts replacement
• Service most makes and models of vehicles (Foreign, Domestic, Trucks, Cars, SUVs, Vans, etc)
• Conduct proper follow up with customers and internal vehicles as needed
• Meet key performance indicators and required RO hours
• Meet the scheduled work hours
• Jointly share responsibilities for facilities including shop maintenance and Facility upkeep
• Represent business as if it were your own

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• ASE Certification is required
• 10+ Years Auto Shop Experience + Technician Schooling
• Experience with industry repair guides (ie.. AllData, Identifix)
• Experience with Mitchell 1
• Hiring Staff
• Customer service orientated
• Clear, concise communication with Customers and Co-Workers
• Creative and efficient problem solving
• A clean driving record allowing for proper company insurance
