The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in demanding situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
- Use radio, phone, and computer to direct crews, vehicles, or other resources to appropriate locations
- Monitor the status of field units throughout the call

- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Windows 10 proficient
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Ability to follow procedures and guideline for emergency situations
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Active listener with excellent communications skills

Schedule:
- 12 hour shifts
- Day and Night Shifts (goes by seniority, but hey, bring your friends and then you will rise in no time)
- For being a great sport and working nights, we have a Night Shift differential!
- Some holidays (unfortunately there are still emergencies on Christmas Day)
- Weekends (you get every other Friday-Sunday off for those weekend getaways)
