Be a good force in other lives:
- Be warm, welcoming, provide a listening ear and lead with care and love.
- Provide the highest quality of patient care to our resident.
- Inform yourself of each individual care plan to provide optimal health care.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribe.
- Assist new admissions with feeling welcome to Highland Health and Rehab!
Join the team:
- Work with staff to ensure successful flow and support for each other.
- Stay in communication with team-members about updates or changes to patients to ensure accurate, up-to-date, health plan for each of our residents. Complete nursing documentation as needed.
- Be attentive to patient needs and requests.
Heart qualifications:
- Ability to move with care and love to each individual.
- Ability to show up to each shift with a heart ready to conquer the thrill that is the healthcare world!
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
Licenses must haves:
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Current valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
