3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Lead shift technicians, and perform, routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and facility.
o Coordinate with Shift Technicians and Production Supervisors to ensure minimum downtime during line change-over and machine breakdowns.
o Maintain production on the line, troubleshoot and correct issues on the line as quickly as possible to maintain production.
o Perform related duties as assigned by the maintenance manager.
o Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment during production and during scheduled downtime.
o Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
o Use a variety of hand and power tools, Volt meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
o Analyze, troubleshoot, replace, and install electrical AC/DC controls Power distribution troubleshooting and electrical installations Suggest, design, and upgrade existing equipment controls Develop, create and keep current all electrical documentation. Ethernet I/O troubleshooting and setup Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment. Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by manager
o Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
o Working with storeroom personnel to order replacement parts.
o Capturing and recording necessary equipment and material history
o Recommending improvement in maintenance procedures
o Maintaining close contact with Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance activities occur with minimal disruption to production operations.
o Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide electrical/maintenance support on automated production equipment.
o Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs. Programming not required.
o Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.
o Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment.
o Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
o Lead process improvement and initiate change.
o Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
o Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
o Calibrate analog and digital instrumentation.
o Repair, install and program VFD’s.
o Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government (e.g., LOTO, Work Permits, etc.)
o Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's.
o Responsible for building a well-trained team which is passionate about safety, quality, efficiency, and company success.
o Meet or exceed company expectations for production performance to maximize sales.
o Properly utilize labor resources to improve efficiency, minimize labor expense and reduce waste.
o Provide outstanding customer service to our partners.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $36.48 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
