- Have a supervisor who sincerely CARES for you, who works the floor with you, who responds to your requests/questions and will help and support you in everything you do.
- We call our Caregivers PROGRAM ASSISTANTS because thats what they do they assist our participants in making each day a successful day.
- Our goal is a 5:1 Program Assistant to Participant ratio you wont be bored but you also wont have a line of participants waiting for you to have time to assist them.
- You WILL have time to get to know who likes to play UNO, who thrives on baking muffins and who just wants to be part of the team by helping take the trash out!
- We dont have call lights because we dont need them! Our Program Assistants spend their days interacting directly with our participants and can respond QUICKLY to any needs they may have.
- 18 years of age or older.

- You do the RIGHT thing even when its the hard thing to do.
- Youre the one co-workers come to for questions, advice, support and guidance.
- Understands the importance of treating everyone with respect participants, co-workers, community members EVERYONE!
- Has a deep desire to have co-workers who share your passion of helping others and who do this work because its in their bones its who they are!
- Comfortable helping with personal cares (bathing, toileting, eating, etc.)

For over sixty years, we have served individuals (age 18-64) with disabilities and their families in the Fox Valley region. Our areas of expertise include respite care, virtual and in-person skill community engagement, life enrichment, and volunteerism.
