Job Description- Oversee normal operations and objectively audit employees
- Know and understand the safety policies and operational processes
- Train employees in your department to the safety policies and operational processes
- Coach employees to the safety policies and operational processes
- Report KPI's to Management
- Document issues with employees
- Drive Continuous Improvement through KPI's
- Discipline employees when necessary
- High School diploma or equivalent, continued education preferred
- Attendance is in good standing
- Need to work efficiently & handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong workplace organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability of working in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills necessary
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Previous supervisory experience
Pay: $18.50 + shift premium = $20/hr
