POSITION SUMMARY
Vantage 3PL Supervisor will work closely with the 3PL partner to deliver a seamless customer, business and employee experiences for all aspects of receiving and shipping operations. This position will work remote of the main Fairfield, NJ location. Expectations for this role includes direct interactions with product for labeling, relabeling and serializing combined with administrative duties specific to order updates, customer requirements, and system checks. This is an onsite based job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
Oversee management of workflow of shipping and receiving functions.
Facilitate collaboration across company departments to gather necessary inputs for decision-making.
Responsible for consolidating feedback and reporting action items.
Responsible for identifying and executing continuous improvement projects.
Responsible for learning, implementing, and training, auditing and reinforcing processes at the 3PL for Vantage and 3PL associates to ensure our customers receive the highest quality product.
Collaborate with 3PL Partners and personnel to ensure timely and accurate compliance with specific tasks, shipments and receipts.
Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to create, maintain and communicate schedules. Actively communicate forward where gaps are present.
Create an environment in which the business operates with high efficiency, maximize productivity and pivot in response to company goals.
Monitor/audit adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs.)
On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.
