3D Printer Technician And Warehouse Associate

Overview:
I am searching for an experienced and knowledge 3D printing technician to assist with my current print farm of 50 3D printers, expanding to 100+ in a few months. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the printing process, and collaborating with me to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating 3D Printers: Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printers to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This includes setting up print jobs, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance on over 50+ 3D printers.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on printed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to print quality or machine performance. Maintin accurate logs of printer issues and repairs.
• Material Management: Manage inventory of printing filaments, Monitor usage and reorder supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted printing operations.
• Maintenance and Calibration: Perform routine maintenance tasks on 3D printers, such as cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse space
• Prepare 3D printed products to fulfill customer orders
• Pick, pack, and label products to be shipped out to customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
