Schedule
We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Medical Assistant to float between our Women's Health practices onsite 4 days per week - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Desired hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm (shifts are staggered).
Role Overview
Our Medical Assistants partner with and work alongside a physician or advanced practice provider. Responsibilities include:
- Functioning as a "flow manager"/ensuring efficient patient flow through the office
- Assisting with direct patient care during the office visit (examination, procedures, and treatments as directed)
- Performing clinically appropriate administrative tasks (chart prep, phone triage, in-basket messages, test results, prescription refill, coordination of care, etc.)
- Maintaining neat, clean, and safe patient care areas
- Providing an exceptional care experience by interacting with patients and their families in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs.

- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant training program, nursing student, or Paramedic required.
- CPR training required.
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Specialty care/Women's Health/OBGYN experience preferred
- Phlebotomy and GYN procedure skills preferred.
