Objective: To oversee and coordinate all shipping functions to meet company needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices
- Assist in developing solutions to specific problems through continual process improvements.
- Leadership and communication skills
- Facilitate cross department requirements and support through direct leadership traits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Oral/written communications; computer literate in MS Office applications
- Operate standup forklift (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Willing to work any shift, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to work in a very cold (36 F) and wet environment.
