Welcome to the exciting world of 2nd Shift Shipping at RIE Coatings LLC! As a fresh face on the team, here's what you can expect on a day-to-day basis. First things first, get ready to be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for preparing and packaging orders, ensuring that everything is organized and ready for shipment. Attention to detail is key, as you'll be double-checking labels, verifying contents, and addressing any discrepancies. Don't worry, we'll provide all the training you need to become a shipping expert!

We value safety and quality, so you can expect to follow strict protocols to ensure that all products are handled with care and precision. Now, let's talk schedule! As our Full Time Shipping Rockstar, you'll be working on the second shift from Monday to Thursday, with hours of 3PM to 1AM. Fridays will have slightly adjusted hours from 1PM to 9PM.

While prior experience in a shipping role is beneficial, we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Pay:

• Starting pay is $17.00/hour with a $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift($20.00/hour!)
• Increase opportunity after 90 days and annually
• Bonuses!! Quarterly gainsharing bonuses averaging between $750-$1,000 based on achievement of production targets.
