Position Summary:
The Repack Order filler supports the distribution center by efficiently and accurately picking merchandise, by wave in a timely manner, while labeling product according to item, customer, and quantity ordered.

The following are essential job accountabilities:
- Pick correct merchandise from case flow and bin aisles. Clean merchandise as necessary. (Broken pack or FullCase)
- Sort merchandise into containers on order filling carts during the order filling process.
- Using the Q.P.A. system, sign for and pick up a batch of orders.
- Place full containers of merchandise on takeaway conveyors.
- Make adjustments into computer terminal at the conclusion of picking each batch.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Work all necessary hours.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Commitment to high standards of safety and compliance to all safety policies and practices.
- Experience with a pallet jacks
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Good comprehension skills
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
- Attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills in maintaining accurate records
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
- Must be a team player with a can do attitude
- Experience operating power equipment a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to meet all physical assessment requirements for the position
