We’ll depend on your eagle eyes to visually inspect equipment before each shift, make sure machines are well-maintained and able to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Because we know you have much more to offer than just operating and maintaining equipment, we will lean on you to inspect your products before they ship to ensure that we maintain our position as the leader in the head manufacturing space.

Job Responsibilities
- Read measuring instruments such as a micrometer, tape measure, and squares.
- Look over all work orders and instructions to see which machines, parts and materials are needed to complete orders.
- Measure, weigh and examine all heads before they’re shipped to ensure that they meet the highest of standards.
- Complete routine quality checks and paperwork.
- Make sure work environment remains safe and organized.
- Adjust machine to ensure proper speed, pressure, and rotation.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- The ability to work solo throughout the day (1 operator per machine)
- High school diploma or GED
- Able bodied and capable of lifting at least 40 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- At least a full year of work experience as a machine operator is preferred
