- As a Forklift Operator I at Bargain Hunt, you will earn $17.50/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential!
- 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am!
- Operate ride on double pallet jacks, stand up forklifts, tuggers, and/or order picker.
- Process outbound cross-dock freight as necessary
- Document all receiving via computer or control log
- Process, pick, pack, and stage customer orders using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system
- Maintain material handling equipment and report any potential problems
- Follow safety regulations in all work processes promoting a safe and hazard free work environment
- Flexible to cross-train in other Warehouse functions
- Perform other miscellaneous duties/tasks as assigned by management.
- High School Degree or equivalent; Associate's degree, a plus
- Fork Truck experience required, minimum 2 years
- Electric Rider Pallet Jack experience required
- Prior Stand Up/High Reach experience within the last six months preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lift up to 40lbs repeatedly, walk long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50lbs
- Must be able to hear equipment and warning signals
- Able to work in varying temperatures, depending upon the season.
- Knowledgeable of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials.
