Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a CPP Lead- Operator Dat our Chandler, AZ Location.

Schedule: 2p-10:30p M-F (Mandatory overtime required according to business needs)

Skill Level: D

Compensation: $23-25 per hour + $1.25 Shift Differential

THE ROLE

The CPP Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the CPP Process.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures all employees fulfill their EHS responsibilities and sets the example for the team to follow.
• Process transactions using the SAP system.
• Locating and staging CPP materials
• Lead operator training with CPP Area, perform manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Assist the Production Supervisor and Operations Manager with all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior machine operating experience-required
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems- preferred
• Previous experience with a forklift- preferred
• Must be able to work for extended shifts, and weekends, and support other shifts as needed
• Ability to pass a physical capabilities assessment
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY

• Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• Attendance Infractions must not exceed 2 points
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to work for extended hours, and weekends, and support other shifts as needed
