Summary: Seeking CNC Operators for 2nd Shift roles, focusing on operating CNC machines, with opportunities for temp-to-perm positions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using micrometers, verniers, and indicators
Ability to operate CNC machines and make adjustments for tool wear
Experience in loading programs from engineering into CNCs
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
Jig Grinding experience
Manual machine operation skills including surface grinders, lathes, and Bridgeport milling machines
ID/OD grinding experience
Rotary grinder operation skills
Waterjet cutting experience
Responsibilities:
Operating multiple CNC machines with longer run times
Making some machine adjustments without programming responsibilities
Loading and operating EDM equipment and jig grinders
Operating manual machines such as surface grinders, lathes, and milling machines
Setting up and operating ID/OD grinders and rotary grinders
Operating waterjets including program loading
Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
