2nd Shift CNC Grinding Machine Operator

C&S Machine, located in Niles, Michigan is looking for a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Grind Operator's to set up, maintain, operate machinery & product quality precision parts. You’ll ensure the continuous and efficient running of production within our production cells.

Openings on PM Shifts. 2nd Shift Premium of $45/day in addition to base wages.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator preferred.
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Analytical skills, Attention to detail, Teamwork, and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
