Essential Job Functions: Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members so they can complete assigned tasks successfully. Make sure all team members have the required PPE. Place team members in position and move around members if needed to fill open slots (fill in if necessary) Perform as a communicator, problem-solver, resource manager, motivator, and performance monitor to get the job done. Provide clear expectations, responsibilities, and goals to the team members. Make sure all team members have the information needed to work successfully. Help team members identify problems or issues within the department that need resolved. Team Leader expectations are that you address and try to fix issues first then escalate to your production leader.
Education, Experience & Skills: HS or GED preferred, Proficiency in written verbal English, Basic computer knowledge, Excellent attendance record. 6 months experience in leadership preferred.
