2Nd Shift Breakfast Team Supervisor

Overview

This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise

Responsibilities

• Provides daily work direction and coaching to frontline associates focused on shift performance and activities
• Leads daily, COE and shift meetings
• Owns daily performance of departments TE/RE
• Makes daily decisions impacting the business
• Addresses and resolves daily breakdown issues
• Manages shift OT
• Use technical systems for reporting and analytics
• Handles team performance and personnel issues
• Addresses associate Kronos timekeeping issues
• Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
• 3 + years' experience in Leading or Supervising Others Preferred
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
• Able to Instruct and Develop Others
• Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
• Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
• Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
• Cross functional business knowledge

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,400 - $68,000 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
