Job Description
Job Duties:
- Pull required material necessary to assemble sub-assembly filters according to the Bill of Materials
- Responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing all military material/paperwork per MIL specs in conjunction with the Quality department. Including all paperwork needed for traceability.
- Set up and operate orbital and hydraulic presses, along with operates wire cutter and wire stripping machines, solders and pots electric switches.
- Test electric switches with OHMeter and small hydraulic test stand
- Inspect final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications.
- Process required documentation per completed order and cross train on different tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Experience using basic welding electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Able to read blueprints
- Basic hydraulic and electric skills
- Ability to be trained to operate an overhead crane
