Form of workGentry Intermediate School is seeking to hire an experienced Teacher Leader who possesses working knowledge of the PLC process, coaching cycles, collaborative and inclusive teaching models, and evidence based instructional practices for diverse learners. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is dedicated to the needs of children first. We are looking for someone who can immediately make a positive impact on our students and inspire greatness among our teachers and staff.
The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence of how he/she has contributed to a positive school culture in current or previous settings. Experience with buildingwide literacy program implementation, faciliatation of professional development, and Teacher Leadership is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in the Science of Reading to be considered.
