Job Description
Duties:
- The Company is a fast-paced and dynamic business unit focused on delivering strategic programs to grow inventory and improve Hosting quality around the world.
- We are looking for an experienced, proven, and passionate Operations Manager to join the Host Operations team.
- As the Operations Manager, you will implement a revenue optimization program to improve Host performance and oversee a sales vendor partnership.
- You will work closely with our internal Market Management team, the Capability Center (ACC) and at least two other sales partners.
- You will pioneer improvements in partner productivity and Host-facing tools, and do so with clear communication, efficient resource usage, and a deep focus on overall project execution.
Requirements:
- Revenue operations management: Implement a 12-month revenue optimization plan, lead multiple stakeholders, and identify project risks.
- Market Manager Operations: Collaborate with Market Managers and ACC on cross-functional workflows to ensure continuity in day-to-day Host support.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with internal teams (BizTech, Market Managers), external sales partners and ACC to deliver on Host performance targets.
- Partner management: Set performance goals for vendors, drive accountability with supervisors and proactively flag performance risks.
- Process excellence: Develop a recommendation for the future of account management, informed by ProHost organization and tiered Host support model.
- Reporting: Drive weekly updates and reporting with StratOps on Host performance.
Skills/Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree; Experience working in a high-growth early-stage environment preferred.
- 5+ years of operations management experience, with an emphasis on supply.
- 5+ processing best practices & methodologies.
- Extraordinary project management skills and demonstrated experience leading complex, global programs and processes.
- Deep knowledge and experience using collaborative project management tools, processes, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, G Suite etc).
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence that will enable you to earn trust at all levels.
- Skilled in packaging and presenting complex analysis and recommendations clearly (Google Slides, Google Sheets and SQL).
- Eastern time zones are preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $40 to $50 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
