Job Summary
Tour Guide personnel should possess a pleasant, outgoing demeanor, as well as, ensure a safe, fan-friendly environment for our guests while providing guests a vast knowledge of Pirate and PNC Park history. The position includes; but is not limited to: providing benchmark customer service, monitoring tour tickets, serving as a source of ballpark information for all guests. They will also be trained to have a vast knowledge of PNC Park rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
Primary
- Set-up and takedown of all tour items; such as – Clubhouse equipment, theatre equipment, treasure boxes, etc.
- Conduct tours of PNC Park as either “front” Tour Guide or “follow” Tour Guide.
- Verify tour tickets upon entrance into ballpark.
- Enforce all MLB ballpark entrance policies as they would on a game day.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Tour Supervisor or Guest Relations Manager.
