Redpath and Company, Ltd. is seeking a full-time intern from June through August. As an intern you will be responsible for:

• Assisting internal team members with providing financial due diligence assistance related to buy-side and sell-side Transaction Advisory engagements, for founders, corporate, and private equity investors
• Analyze target company and/or client data to identify key financial performance and operating trends and insights through rigorous financial statement analysis and applied data analytics
• Work with many different clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, healthcare, and technology
• Work directly and interact with all levels within the firm- Partners, Senior Managers, Managers, and Senior Associates

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree, or higher in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university
• Preference for the following course or the equivalent
  • Financial Statement Analysis
  • Financial-Data Analytics
  • Business Communications Writing Intensive
  • Mergers and Acquisitions in Action
• General understanding of information systems and data analytics
• Must be pursuing the state-specific education requirements to be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the principal place of business (the state in which the office is located) for this position, with completion of required academic credits prior to the start date for this position
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.50 or above
• Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills, demonstrated quality service mindset and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
