Departments Overview:

(1) Venues & Sponsorship – The Venues and Sponsorships Team  Identify activations venues, provide feasible recommendations aligned with strategic and creative vision, coordinate use permits and insurance requirements. Additionally V&S handles Program Routing (tour and event calendars), DOT Management along side the Production department, and create playbooks for each event. 

(2) Creative - The Creative team develops creative concepts and all creative outputs for our clients. They are involved in all client work, from creative concept (new program + pitch), the design of all execution materials, and the presentation development and design. 
(1) Talent - The RedPeg Talent Team is our in-house recruiting agency. They are responsible for vetting, screening, interviewing, training and hiring program candidates (full time tour managers and Brand Ambassadors). The Talent Team handles all aspects of the field teams employment throughout the program life-cycle, ensuring accountability and program success.  
(1) Partner Services -  The RedPeg Partner Service team is the hub of the agency. All roads lead into and out of Partner Service. They are the frontline of client communication and the quarterbacks of our internal teams.​​​​​​​Partner Service leads the internal process, timing, budget, and execution to ensure that all key milestones and overall program success is met. PS is also responsible for managing client expectations and supporting all internal team needs. Additionally, they are always responsible for new business, with existing clients or new client opportunities.
(2) Digital Marketing - Our Digital Team handles all things Digital. Website optimization, content capture, video editing, digital design, influencer marketing, paid and organic social posts, email marketing...If it happens online, our Digital Team handles it. They also manage the marriage between the physical activations and the digital space for many of our clients. 
(2) Production - Our Production Team is responsible for building/fabricating/customizing all activation assets. They support nationally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Production manages our vendor relationships, program budgeting, risk management, warehouse and the procurement of premiums, uniforms and customer items for each event. On-site, Production runs the activation, ensuring every element works perfectly and meets the customer needs. 

At the end of your Internship, you will be expected to complete a Capstone project, taking what you’ve learned from your experience and presenting to members of our team. More details around this project will be shared once your internship has been confirmed.

 

What You’re All About:

  • 0-1+ years of relevant marketing, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience
  • Overall strong communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy and personal accountability
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of work consisting of multiple projects and deadlines at one time (time management)
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in collaboration with others
  • General interest in marketing, cultural and social trends
  • Strong work ethic and hunger to learn and "roll up your sleeves"
  • Willingness to help with tasks
  • A pleasant and positive attitude
  • General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications

Salary:

$12/h Undergrad and $16/h Graduate
