About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern for the summer. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a supportive and collaborative environment. The intern will play a key role in supporting our HR team with onboarding, job postings, event planning, scheduling, responding to inquiries, and other HR-related activities.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and documentation.
  • Job Postings: Support the team in creating and posting job listings on various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and accurately reflect the roles.
  • Event Planning: Help organize and coordinate HR-related events, such as employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Scheduling: Manage scheduling for interviews, meetings, and HR events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Responding to Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and helpful information.
  • HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, offering support and gaining insights into strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with team members and potential candidates.
  • Confidentiality: Understands the importance of confidentiality in HR and demonstrates discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems or willing to learn.
