Walmart Omni Services is redefining how customers shop online and in store, driving new site services experiences and critical strategic initiatives.
This position will work with cross-functional teams across site, product, design, and technology to build and launch new services offerings. The Team
The Omni Services and Capabilities team is a group of fun, hardworking, and passionate professionals with sights set on making the shopping experience truly seamless for the customer. Whether it's digitizing our service areas, like Auto, or launching new capabilities, like Subscriptions, this team is an agent of change at the world's largest retailer!
What you'll do...
During the 11-week internship, participants will:

• Have an opportunity to benefit from leadership development, professional mentorship and technical training in a functional area of the business
• Be exposed to the vision, mission and strategic objectives of our eCommerce omni services business
• Learn about numerous omni-channel service initiatives and the various roles within eCommerce
• Research customer needs and pain points and participate in discussions to address identified gaps
• Manage key milestones and deliverables related to their assigned internship project
• Take initiative, remain bold in their ideas and actively participate in all discussions
• Conduct internal and external research/benchmarking as appropriate
• Partner with other associates across teams/functions to identify solutions and present recommendations
• Build their network of eCommerce professionals across the enterprise and receive direct exposure to several eCommerce leaders
• Receive support and guidance from a host of individuals including mentors and a dedicated manager
• Create life-long relationships with other interns through company-wide events sponsored by the Corporate Intern Program. i.e. Community Volunteering, Distribution Center Tours, Store Tours, Community Events and our annual softball game against the executives. These activities allow you to learn more about Walmart and socialize with interns from across the company

After successfully completing the program, high-performing interns may be offered the opportunity to join the eCommerce Omni Services team and will start on the path to growing a fulfilling career at Walmart.
Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently
• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2024 and August 2025
• 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience (excludes internship and research-based role
