SalaryResponsibilities:We'll trust you to:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or email.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
Qualifications:You'll need to have:
- Undergraduate rising senior with a target graduation date of Spring 2025
- Preferred majors: Information Technology
- Windows 10, Apple iOS / iPad OS, and Office 365
- Active Directory, Azure, Exchange 2019
- PC hardware, Copier, Computer Peripherals, Mobile devices
- Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, WIFI and VPN
- Cloud File Server Knowledge
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
- 2 years+ experience working in a Windows/iOS environment
