The DAWGS Teacher provides a self-contained learning environment that fosters personal and academic growth for students with identified behavioral needs. Candidates must hold a current Nebraska teaching license with an endorsement in Special Education or be in the process of attaining. Experience working with emotionally dysregulated students is required.
The District uses the Danielson Instructional Framework and is committed to the PLC process. Extra duty coaching/activity assignments may be available for those interested and qualified.
