About You
- Able to work from our downtown Seattle office
- Junior, Senior, or Master’s status
- Pursuing Landscape Architecture in a college or university program
- Strong communication and graphic skills
- Sense of personal responsibility and pride in your work
- Well-organized, thorough, and eager to learn
About Us
Osborn Consulting is an employee-owned firm specializing in water resources and stormwater engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. From design, planning, research, permit compliance, and modeling, we provide a full range of services for all phases of projects. Since 2004, Osborn has successfully delivered innovative projects for our clients, including local cities, counties, ports, tribal districts, neighborhood groups, as well as federal government agencies.
Learning Opportunities
Throughout this internship, you’ll will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of landscape architectural work, including construction documentation, illustrative graphics, and project research. In addition to working hands-on in this team, you will:
- Learn how Landscape Architecture firms pursue and win work
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and co-consultants to bring designs to life
- Participate in field work and site visits under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Explore real-world projects through field trips to current and past sites
- Receive support with developing your resume, building relationships in the industry, and understanding business development basics
