In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of Quality Systems and Compliance within our organization. This internship will provide exposure to a wide range of functions, including Quality Management Systems, Digital Systems Management, GxP Training and Knowledge Management, Inspection Management, Audit Program, as well as key specialty focused including Sterility Assurance, GxP Laboratory Management, and Facilities and Engineering. You will work closely with experienced professionals in these areas to support ongoing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our quality and Compliance programs.
The start date of the internship is June 3, 2024 and end date is August 16, 2024.
Here's What You'll Do
- Assist in projects focused on the optimization of Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes and procedures.
- Support implementation and optimization of data integrity and relevant digital Systems and solutions used for quality and Compliance purposes, including document control systems, training management systems, and electronic quality management systems.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of GxP training programs, including training needs assessment, content development.
- Contribute to the activities related to inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities and external and internal auditors including risk assessment.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the audit program, including conducting internal audits, tracking findings, and supporting predictive analytics to guide systems, processes, and locations for focus.
- Support key areas of focus depending on experience including Sterility Assurance, GxP Laboratories, Facility Engineering.
- Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Willing and able to relocate to Norwood, MA for the internship.
- Indefinite right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

- Strong interest in Quality Systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a GxP environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO) is a plus.
