During the Fellowship, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience and contribute to real-world projects in one or more of the following areas including: Corporate Cash Management, Employee Benefits Fund Management, Foreign Exchange/Commodities Risk Management, Corporate Funding, Supplier Finance or Treasury Technology. As a Fellow, you will perform many of the same tasks as our Entry Level Finance Analysts.
The fellowship is 12 weeks in length, per the Hiring our Heroes cohort schedule and is unpaid.
Session availability:
Cohort 24.1 2024: January 16 - March 28
Cohort 24.2 2024: May 6 - July 18
Cohort 24.3 2024: September 3 - November 14

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have completed one of the following degree programs from a 4-year accredited university/college: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics or other Business or Technology major
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Finance GPA & Cumulative GPA).
  • Must be able to relocate to Peoria, IL area for the duration of the fellowship, and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
  • Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
