QUALIFICATIONS:
- New Jersey Administrator Certificate: Principal
- Hold a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Have a minimum of three (3) years administrative experience as a Principal, Assistant Principal or Central Office Administrator
- Have a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience at the High School level (grades 9-12)
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and have the ability to motivate stakeholders
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of curriculum development and program evaluation, instructional practices and strategies and assessments
- Proficient in use of technology and educational software applications
