Deere & Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field plus 5 years related experience. Required skills: Develop microservices Cloud applications using Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Kafka, PCF and Azure (5 yrs); Convert business requirements into application processes using Java, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Kafka, Streams and React JS (5 yrs); Integrate services based on a contract and use Jenkin Pipeline for CI/CD for application build and deployment (5 yrs); Design and develop a distributed processing system using Kafka, Strom, and Spark to process event and commands from the device and applications (5 yrs); Implement design solutions by leveraging, industry standards such as SOLID principles and 12 Factor App for development (4 yrs).
