The Human Resources Generalist Intern provides general support (rotational) to the Human Resources department by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to Learning and Development, Recruiting and Generalist functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Team, HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Team with various projects.
- Shadow and support HR Center of Excellence groups, to include Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Communications and Benefits.
- Coordinate or provide administrative support for other Human Resource projects as assigned.
- Comply with all policies in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and current enrollment in University required. Some college courses in Human Resources a plus.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
