Form of work1. Provides high quality targeted instruction to students who are at-risk in reading, writing and/or mathematics. 2. Uses identified scientific, research-based interventions focused specifically on individual student needs. 3. Implements the RTI2 (Response to Instruction and Intervention) model of increasingly intense student interventions and monitors student progress according to prescribed procedures. 4. Maintains data-based documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress during interventions. 5. Provides written lesson plans and provides the high quality instructional time needed to move students to grade level proficiency. 6. Participates in universal screening activities and analyzes the data to identify students in need of response to intervention services. 7. Provides data to the Intervention Team and participates in decisions about the students' progress. 8. Participates in monitoring program effectiveness by gathering, manipulating and analyzing assessment results at the school level. 9. Provides accurate program evaluation information and reports as requested by principal and district level personnel. 10. Provides reports on student achievement for the Student Study Team.
