$20 Starting Department Manager

Ross Dress for Less is GROWING IN MADISON!!! We are looking for a Department Managers(Area Supervisor) to oversee our Apparel Departments, our Hardlines Departments and our Operations Departments!

As a Department Manager(Area Supervisor) you will manage the day to day merchandising, flexing, loss prevention and overall operations of that department.

You will act as the Manager-On-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and help run the entire building ensuring that customers have a great treasure hunt and that associates are well engaged.

Requirements:

• Minimum of TWO years continuous leadership experience in either a retail or food service setting.
• Ability to follow set processes (policies) and teach others to do the same.
• Highly dependable with an impeccable attendance record.
• Mentality of coaching and wanting to help your team be the best they can be.
• Able to challenge yourself to be better tomorrow then you were today.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
