$20 An Hour Alarm Dispatcher/Call Center/Customer Service (In Office)

We are looking for new Alarm Monitoring Representatives to join our CMS Longwoodteam!

Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour Alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer’s alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm and dispatch the proper authorities if needed.

• Handle Emergency Signals
• Notify/Verify Alarm Signals
• Dispatch Proper Authorities

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
• Computer Literacy

Training is held on site in Longwood, FL.

Training Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm!

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
