Job Description
Automotive Parts Painter
- Minimal painting experience with some knowledge of paint equipment.
- Able and willing to train in the different paint processes.
- Ability to notice mistakes and take corrective actions.
- Minimal knowledge of solvent and solvent less mask washers.
- Spray paint surfaces of materials or products
- Loads and moves materials to work area
- Fills containers with prescribed quantities of paint and solvents
- Installs/uses specified nozzles/guns
- Replace screens and filters
- Clean spray and drying chamber, conveyor, tanks, hoses and nozzles
- Racks work pieces on trays or carts inspects, marks and transfer finished pieces to stockroom or shipping area
- Notify Supervisor of discrepancies in safety, quality, production and all associated processes
- Inspection of chrome plated and plastic automotive components for defects
- Clipping or trimming of excess plastic or chrome plated plastic
- Packing of parts into boxes and containers
- Lifting of up to 60 lbs.

- Must adhere to all safe work procedures
- All positions require constant movement, continuous standing, ability to spot and identify plastic and chrome surface defects.
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to report to work without any absences for the 60-day probationary period
