FULL - TIME SHIFT

SCHEDULE: 6:00 am start time (4 day work week, including every Saturday and Overtime when required)

Location: 125 N Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA 18017.

As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for manually picking products accurately and efficiently to fill customer orders. This work is busy, fast paced in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority.

Job Description:

• Accurately manually select product from racks utilizing an audio voice command "Jennifer" headset system.
• Place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, according to customer orders.
• Confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
• Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging.

Picker Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, listen, read and comprehend numbers and sequences and to count items correctly.
• Experience verbally communicating in voice picking systems or RF devices
• Ability to maintain required productivity and quality expectations.
• Must be able to work overtime when required in order to complete customer orders.
• Demonstrate commitment and ability to work safely at all times

This role will require:

Our average selector walks approx. 8-10 miles per shift and lifts an average of 500 items per hour, for 10-12 hours per shift (day or night). Are you able to lift and stack product weighing up to (and possibly over) 35 lbs. continually throughout your entire shift? This role will also require walking up and down flights of stairs repeatedly and working in heights up to 40 ft in the air. Avg 20 lbs.

• Lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.).
• Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete.
• Repetitive movement using both hands and feet.
• Movement from one area/assignment to another
• Working at varying heights while moving around warehouse.
• Lifting up to 30lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
