The company employs approximately 3,000 people across eight manufacturing facilities and its headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. The manufacturing facilities are geographically dispersed, with two facilities in Canada and one each in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and North Carolina.
Our location in Le Center, Mn and has an opening for a Mixer.
POSITION SUMMARY
Mix raw ingredients to produce high quality batter or icing per formula specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Record necessary data as required on daily reports and work center schedules
2. Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand 3. Must be able to follow formula per the standards of the company
4. Ability to operate all scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF& VMI), braizers, chocolate melter & butter melter
5. Reports equipment issues to supervisor or lead immediately
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
7. Must be able to perform duties in a pace consistent with production line
8. Performs other duties as assigned
9. Clean up nuts and debris during and immediately following all production runs.
