Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Onsite)
Start Date: As soon as possible!
Location: Waddell, Arizona
Pay rate: $19/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
Job Description: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for maintaining customer interaction and job review with Designers. They drive installation revenue via job review, customer interaction, and installation scheduling!
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing sold jobs to ensure proper product is included in workbook and contract.
- Providing feedback to designer on any missing or incorrect initial measurements and pricing issues
- Onboarding and welcome call with all new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date.
- Participating in team culture environment through daily focus of our “We Are” core values.
- Plan and communicate with Office Manager to ensure the total Delivered and Paid objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Plan and schedule installations, and review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews occur in a timely fashion.
- Maintains high standards of detail to ensure that products and job costing is accurate to reflect proper commissions.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service or office operations experience and responsibility.
- Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
- Knowledge of business principles
- Strong understanding of Client satisfaction
- Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong team player
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
